Unused parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Returned items are inspected before a refund is issued to the original payment method.
Custom-size doors, special orders and cut-to-length items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Warranty
Many of our parts carry a manufacturer warranty against defects. Warranty terms vary by product. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue and we'll walk you through the claim.
